Pokhara doesn’t have the same name-recognition as “Kathmandu”, but to those who want to travel to Nepal, it is the location for seeing the majestic Himalayan Mountains. Beautiful Lake Phewa is the cherry on the sundae.
For us, we experienced the beauty of the lake, but not of the mountains. They were entirely encased by heavy clouds, which at times encased and dampened us!
Nonetheless, we saw a lot of unusual sights, and learned a bit too. You’ll have to read the article I’ll be writing about Pokhara to learn more yourself.
