I hope you enjoy my Portugal travel blog (even if you aren’t diabetic!) I offer tips for diabetic travel which can be valuable for people without diabetes as well. Safe and healthful travel is great for all of us!
We visited Portugal in Sept 2016 on a quick 9-day trip. We spent five of the nights in Lisbon, doing day trips out to Queluz, Sintra, Mafra, Nazarre, Obidos (and more I can’t remember!). We went on a four day / three night trip visit Historic Villages, including Idanha a Velha, Monsanto, Sortelha, Guarda and Evora. I fell in love with the colors and textures of the tile, art and architecture.
